We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time your order is placed will be honored.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email from us. We are not liable for errors in pricing or product descriptions, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed under such errors.

6. Shipping

We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Free standard shipping is provided on all orders.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging intact. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Return shipping costs are covered by Melania Lingerie for eligible returns. We do not offer exchanges. Items marked as final sale or used are not eligible for return. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details.
