5. Order Cancellations & Payment Reversals

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@melanialingerie.com. We will do our best to cancel before the order is processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Refund Policy to initiate a return.

If a payment is reversed or disputed through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend future orders from the associated account pending resolution.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please verify that:
