Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship internationally or to U.S. territories.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free on every order. No minimum purchase required.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days after shipment. Total estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days from the date of purchase.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us immediately at support@melanialingerie.com if you need to update your address. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.
Do you cover return shipping?
Yes. We cover all return shipping costs for eligible returns. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you after your return request is approved.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred style or size.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Are your bras wireless?
Yes! All of our bras and bralettes are wireless, designed for maximum comfort and all-day wear without sacrificing support.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend referring to the size guide on each individual product page for the most accurate fit. If you’re between sizes or have questions, feel free to contact our team for personalized guidance.
What materials are your products made from?
Our pieces are crafted from soft, breathable fabrics including cotton blends, seamless knits, and lace-trim materials. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers.
When will my card be charged?
Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed.
